I’ve been a frequent guest at David and Laura’s home. We’ve hung out in the basement media room some, but spent most of our time having “deck nights” with friends and colleagues. The trees and the hillside behind the home make for more seclusion that you’d expect and these events have always felt private. We’re sorry to see the Leach’s go! But they’re right…you’d love the house.

David and Laura’s home has a cozy, warm feeling to it. Plenty of space on two levels. A great enclosed patio room and fantastic deck for grilling out/entertaining (love that deck). Location is fantastic, with easy access to the interstate, airport and downtown. If I was moving to this side of town, I would put this house at the top of my list.

If I already didn’t have my perfect house, I would buy this house. It has the greatest area outside for entertaining and it beautiful! I love the location and it has been so well cared for by my friends Dave and Laura. They have transformed it into a true home and whoever buys it will be blessed!

Dave and Laura’s home is absolutely comfy as can be. We have spent many a night having dinner and conversing on the back patio with the dogs around us. It has been the most relaxing atmosphere and tucked away in a beautiful area. Large trees that surround the house to give it this feel. I would love to live on this part of town and spend more time here.

The house comes with soul and embraces the stories of those who lived there and those who visited. I cannot think of the house without thinking of the good people who lived there and who will be missed. Their spirit is alive in this house. They chose it because it provided them with fabulous space in which to build their stories. It has unique, yet separate space, upstairs, downstairs and outside. If those walls could only talk … and they kind of do.

I’ve been one of David’s regular “Deck Night” attendees for over a year, and have become very attached to the Leach deck. We’ve crammed it with 20 or more and also had great evening with smaller crowds of five or six. It’s well-suited to both. Fair warning: if you buy this house, people may drop by on Monday nights with bourbon and cigars to share. At least for awhile.

Great house!! Has a very warm, comfortable feeling. And the deck, back porch, and back yard are so inviting! I’ve enjoyed being a part of “deck night” and will miss those great times together.
